ABOUT
I’m Jesse — a musician and restaurant manager turned full-stack developer. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I pivoted into software after discovering a love for design and building through creating a WordPress site and curriculum for virtual guitar lessons.
Today, I build user-focused, full-stack applications that blend clean UX, thoughtful architecture, and performance. I enjoy turning ambiguous ideas into polished, reliable products.

Flashy
Flashy is a flashcard app I built from the ground up to make studying actually enjoyable. Users can create their own decks, browse community content, generate cards using AI, and even add friends to study together. It supports light/dark mode, real-time notifications, user profiles, achievements, and a full community moderation system.
LED Illumination Technologies
A website built for an LED Smart Film installation company
Visually Speaking Chat
A real-time event platform designed for the ASL Community. It enables secure, video-only social and networking events with QR Code generated ticketing and matchmaking queues. The platform supports both virtual and in-person events, integrates Stripe for payments, Supabase for authentication and data, and uses serverless Edge Functions to enforce business logic and security.
FlixGrub
A mobile app that allows users to search for nearby drive in movie theaters, see movie times, book tickets, and even purchase food from their menus!
